Book your bike service in a few clicks
Fast, simple booking
Our fully automated booking system allows you to book your bike service in just a few clicks. Once you've picked your service, date and time, we'll authorise the card payment but we won't charge you until the work is complete.
You can cancel your anytime service up to 24 hours prior your appointment and we won't charge you.
Vetted, local mechanics
We work with highly qualified and experienced local independent bike mechanics to deliver our services. All BikeUp mechanics are qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent, with a number of years of experience working as a professional bike mechanic. We continually review and assess all of our mechanics to ensure they meet the high standards our customers expect.
And importantly, all of our mechanics are local to the communities in which they are operating. We think that's important.
Our mechanics deliver fast, convenient servicing via mobile bike workshops - that means we can complete your bike service on the spot. Some of our mechanics do prefer to take the bike back to their workshop to complete the service, and deliver it back within a day (but you'll always be given the choice, and if you prefer an onsite service we will ensure this is provided).
Trust and security
We don't take any payment until your service is complete. We use Stripe - an online secure payment system - to authorise payment prior to your service, but we do not take any payment until the service has been completed.
All BikeUp mechanics carry a BikeUp ID which they will show you upon arrival, so you can be confident your bike is in our safe hands. If we take your bike to the workshop we will send you an electronic confirmation that we have your bike in our possession.
